Ever since the past two updates have come out for Pokémon GO, players have not been too happy with the direction of the game. Many have voiced their displeasure in form of app ratings, reddit, and tweets.
Finally, the community of Pokémon GO will get some help that they so desperately deserve. Niantic has announced that they will be adding a community manager which will help facilitate with the large community:
With this news, many have breathed a sigh of relief because the common complaint was that not only did Niantic neglect big issues, it also failed to respond to the community. This should be a big step forward in developing a better relationship with the gamers.
